Yes! Many feel that dancing is the best type of exercise, because it gets you heart pumping hard and sweat glands working while improving you balance and coordination. The best part is that when you dance you don’t notice how tired you are most the time, either because you are having so much fun or you are too focused.
How many different styles of dance are there?

Some of the more popular styles include: Tango, waltz, hip-hop, lyrical, contemporary, folk, swing, musical theater, modern, ballet, tap, clogging, hula, belly, jitterbug, polka, samba, square dance, sword dance, and cheer dance.
When and where did break dancing start?
Break dancing started in the early 1970’s but didn’t get popular all over the world until the late 90’s. It started in New York City – in the Bronx area when dancers known as b-boys competed with each other, inventing new moves and trying to out perform each other.
